Your infrastructure.
In one place.
Document and operate your IT in one web app: locations, servers and devices, IP addresses, racks, the connection map, a team password vault and an SSH terminal in the browser. You host it yourself, so your data stays on your own servers.
- Developed in Switzerland
- Mandatory 2FA
- No cloud, no telemetry

Professional IT management
without the enterprise overhead.
Everything your team needs to know about its infrastructure, in one clear place. Less searching, less admin work, and it scales to larger organisations too.
- Devices & locationsServers and devices per site, with IPs, web control links, notes and installed software. Ping status every 5 minutes.
- IP managementNetworks and ranges per location, status, admin URL and a linked password entry for every address.
- Racks & connection mapRacks from 1 to 60 U with overlap check, plus a drag-and-drop map of how everything is connected.
- Team password vaultShared vault with folders and encrypted file attachments. Every reveal is audited.
- Documentation & softwareTeam docs in a visual or Markdown editor with full-text search, and a software library for installers.
- Maintenance planningMaintenance windows with affected devices and services, published through a read-only API.
Your data stays yours.
On your servers.
The hub runs on your own infrastructure. Nothing is sent to CiegoLink or any other cloud. You decide who has access and what they can do.
- Encrypted vault. Passwords and attached files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. API tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes.
- Personal accounts. Read, edit and admin roles, mandatory two-factor authentication, CSRF protection and session timeouts.
- Full audit trail. Searchable audit log of sign-ins, password reveals and SSH sessions. Export and import as JSON or CSV at any time.
